“Community Over Competition”

Never stop creating!  Enjoy some freebies:

001 → Comfort Colors 1717 Mock

A simple front and back shirt mock of the iconic Comfort Colors 1717 Unisex Tee, featuring 64 colors unique to the brand.  There is a separate layer that features a more intense “pigment dye” blend, to emulate the inconsistencies of the CC dye process.  Feel free to toggle this if you want something more solid.

002 → LA Apparel 1801 Mock

A simple front and back shirt mock of the new standard Los Angeles Apparel 1801 Unisex Tee, featuring 58 colors unique to the brand.  These are “literal” mocks, that are compiled direct from the company to showcase how the brand prefers to display their garments.  These are true flat mocks, alphabetized by color, but cleaned up and made transparent, all in one place.

003 → “Old World” Type Guide

I’m a personal fan of browsing type by genre, and having isolate places I can explore a bunch of options that may be suitable for a specific project.  Something I am constantly coming back to over and over again is something that I refer to as “Old World” type. Because of that, I assembled a catalog of my favorites from across the spectrum, and it helps me make decisions faster when trying to find the perfect fit in a build.  Perhaps it can come in handy for you as well!   Each typeface is listed by it’s name - download and use at your own risk.

004 → Date Stamps

I’ve always loved the look and feel of date stamps.  You see them in library books, or maybe stamped on a ticket, or even your hand at an event.  The feel evokes something within me, so I wanted to render a bunch of options that you can plug and play, and just drag around and place naturally.  Everything is just every so slightly different, and you’re not going to line things up perfectly, and that is sort of the whole point.

005 → Marquee Lettering

As silly as it sounds, it can be really difficult to find marquee lettering that actually feels authentic.  Much like the date stamps, I wanted to build out a large set of letters I could drop individually to make my own imperfect marquee style designs - maybe you could build something fun as well!

006 → Worn Letraset

There’s nothing cooler than old Letraset type sheets.  All the different ways you can get inconsistencies and irregularities are staggering, and really add to the life of this type of lettering placed in a design.  It’s always something I’ve been drawn to in old punk flyer style designs, and with 28 sheets with 28 different effects, you can mix and match into so many possibilities when hand placing your very own type into anything you desire.
